More Images from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new document disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing different sections of the land.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

More documentation released as part of the current oversight process.
